While most of these do not appear in Rundown 3, it is still interesting to know for the future.

Enemy variations usually happen every rundown. They can buff enemies or can add a new mechanic for them.
Striker Variants:
Shadows are a variant of a Striker. They share the same stats, however they are invisible in the dark. If you shine a light on them, though, you will be able to faintly see them.
Another way to find them is a Bio tracker, which marks the shadows for your team. It is important to note that shadows CANNOT be seen by a sentry unless marked by a Bio tracker.
Shadow Giants are a varient of a Giant Striker. They share the same stats, however similar to the Shadow, they are invisible in the dark, and they move faster than a Giant Striker. Since they are usually found in their sleeping form, it is hard to find them with a flashlight. Alternatively, you could place down a turret which would find the shadow and not kill it.
Another way to find them is the Bio tracker, which is almost essential in missions with it.
Chargers are a variant of Strikers. However, their weak spot is their back. Another thing different from its counterpart, is its attack.
Chargers attack using melee and ranged, similar to a giant. They do 18% with their tongue (6% more than a Striker). But, they're not called chargers for nothing. They will charge at you and hit you several times in a quick motion, doing 4% damage per hit.
They have thick skin, which acts as a protective shield. They can still be killed from the front, however. But they take less damage from the front.
Hybrids are a variant of both Big Strikers and Big Shooters, as the name suggests. They have 300 health (the same as a Big Shooter), and have x2 multipliers on their head and back.
Like Shooters, they shoot out projectiles. However, they shoot out a large amount of projectiles (more than 7) when they shoot that deal 2% of HP. Like Big Strikers, though, if you get too close, they will start punching you, which deals 12% of HP.
Something unique about this enemy, is that if you deal a certain amount of damage to it, it will fall down and get back up (up to 3 times).
