# Controls

The controls of GTFO is easy.

Cntrl = crouch (you can toggle crouch in settings)

F = flashlight

E = use button (used for opening doors, placing down items, picking up items, things like that)

W, A, S, D = movement buttons

Shift + W = run (you can toggle run in settings)

Shift + A, shift + D = dodge

run + cntrl = slide

1 = melee

2 = primary

3 = secondary

4 = tool

mouse wheel = cycle between tools

left mouse button = shoot

right mouse button = aim

y = cycle gear

tab = view map

Return/Enter = type in-game

Return/Enter = send message

Middle mouse button = ping an item
